Leadership
The leadership of BHEF consists of a chair and a vice chair. For 2011-2012, William E. (Brit) Kirwan, II, Chancellor, University System of Maryland, serves as chair of BHEF. Wes Bush, Chairman, CEO, and President, Northrop Grumman Corporation, is vice chair.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee serves as the Board of Directors for the Forum, and is responsible for approving all major policies and operating plans of the organization. It includes the chair, vice chair, immediate past chair, and at least four members chosen from the business community and four members chosen from the academic community.
