Press Conference: Sequestration and the American Workforce

A broad range of organizations representing the business community, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and other areas of American life will discuss the consequences of sequestration budget cuts on America’s workforce. The groups will report on the effects that are being felt today and discuss how the future strength of the U.S. workforce will be diminished without a responsible solution to the nation’s fiscal challenges. BHEF members Wes Bush, chairman, CEO, and president, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Hunter Rawlings, president, Association of American Universities (AAU) will be featured speakers.
