BHEF's senior advisor, Jeanne Contardo, is a co-presenter in this webinar hosted by MIT.  She and her co-presenter, Dan Sturtevant, will discuss using system dynamics to help diverse stakeholders understand the education system and design and test policies using simulation modeling and demo the new Aligned Workforce Model, which examines how workforce outcomes would change if policies were implemented that emphasized workplace competencies such as critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and effective communication.
