Building Tomorrow’s Talent Today
November 5-6, 2025 | Atlanta, Georgia
This is the room where solutions are built.
The 2025 Business-Higher Education fall convening will showcase and catalyze strong strategic collaborations between forward-looking businesses and higher education institutions.
To meet the challenges of our workforce today, we must reinvent and reimagine how we prepare talent for our AI-enabled economy, address changing entry-level pathways into the workforce, and ensure we reskill and upskill learners and workers. We will learn from both the successes that have propelled Atlanta's economic revitalization and inclusive growth and the strong national partnerships between education and employment that have built resilient approaches to prepare tomorrow’s talent.
Key topics include:
- How are knowledge-sector roles evolving and how must post-secondary preparation pathways evolve for tomorrow’s workforce?
- What strategies can mitigate the potential negative impacts of AI on early careers and ensure that today’s young professionals are launching successfully into the workforce?
- How can we accelerate progress to build the skills and work-integrated learning partnership infrastructure that enables education to move at a pace of business?
- How can new funding models enable innovative partnerships and ensure that business and education are risk sharing to more effectively respond to a changing economy?
- How can your organization lead––nationally, regionally, and in your community, to make the moves today to prepare tomorrow’s talent?
